Terms and Conditions – Civico 16 Apartment

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your stay at Civico 16 Apartment. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservation:

• Reservations can be made through our website or authorized booking platforms.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your booking.
• The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
• Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.

3. Security Deposit:

• A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any potential damages or incidents during your stay.
• The deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment during check-out.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made [X days] prior to check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between [Y days] and [X days] prior to check-in date will receive a partial refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within [Y days] of the check-in date.

5. Guest Responsibility:

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
• Any damages caused by guests or their visitors will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.

6. Noise and Behavior:

• Guests are expected to respect the quiet hours and not create excessive noise that disturbs other residents or neighbors.
• Inappropriate behavior or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Smoking and Pets:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. A designated outdoor smoking area may be provided.
• Pets are not allowed in the apartment premises.

8. Occupancy Limit:

• The maximum occupancy of the apartment is [X] guests. Additional guests may incur extra charges.

9. Loss of Personal Property:

• The management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay.

10. Liability:

• The management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
